Apply for certification
1. Ask the EEQA secretariat or download the application form from the EEQA official website; the guidelines for each certification applicable to different universities, colleges and educational institutions are detailed in the certification application list. Please read and fill in the application form carefully.
2. Make an initial application to EEQA and wait for the EEQA Finance Department to send an invoice.
3. Pay the initial application fee and return the application form and submit it to EEQA for review together with the full name of the institution, the certification to be applied for and its qualification documents.
4. After EEQA receives the application, it will conduct an initial review in accordance with the procedures; for institutions that meet the certification procedures, the EEQA financial department will send the initial certification fee again. If not, the information that does not meet the certification will be fed back to the applicant, and the applicant will be instructed to submit relevant documents that meet the certification procedures. Non-compliant applications will be denied (no initial application or initial certification fee will be refunded).
5. The duration of full accreditation will be maintained between about 3-6 months; the duration of online certification will be maintained between about 1-3 months (EEQA reserves the right for on-site visits, note: on-site visits may incur additional charges), once the institution has obtained the relevant accreditation, it will be listed as an EEQA accredited member Directory, and will get the corresponding level of certification badges, certificates.
Domain Name Application
According to the accreditation agreement signed by EEQA, all universities, colleges and educational institutions that have obtained EEQA's comprehensive accreditation and online accreditation will be eligible to apply for the edu.eu domain name (The application process will incur additional application fees and material fees, and the fee structure will be determined according to the qualifications of the applicant organization).
1. After completing the certification process and obtaining the relevant certification badges and certificates, the person in charge of the agency should submit a letter of intent to apply for the edu.eu domain name to EEQA, and affix the agency seal.
2. The EEQA secretariat will have a dialogue with the applicant to discuss the relevant details and guide the documents to be submitted.
3. The EEQA financial department sends the invoice, and the applicant formally enters the edu.eu application process after paying the relevant payment in time.
4. Waiting for the approval of the Higher Education Commission and the registration review agency, the applicant completes the domain name setting and binding with the assistance of EEQA.

EEQA does not guarantee that universities, colleges and educational institutions that have obtained full certification or online certification meet its eligibility requirements, or can completely pass its review.

EEQA neither guarantees nor assumes responsibility for all direct or incidental losses of universities, colleges and educational institutions that have obtained EEQA full certification or online certification due to the rejection of applications by domain name management and review agencies authorized by the European Union Higher Education Commission.
