Prof. Dr. George Mentz, founder and chairman of more than ten international organizations, GAFM and AAPM under the leadership of the IBS International Standards Committee he founded have been widely recognized and praised around the world. Dr. George Mentz is also a member of the Council of Presidential Scholars and the White House Commissioner to the President. He is a professor of law at dozens of universities and a doctoral supervisor at several universities.

Prof. Ed.D. Yiyan Jianyin has been engaged in education, and he serves as the rotating chairman of several university boards. He is also a board member of the IBS International Standards Committee, a member of the GAFM Global Advisory Board, a member of the QAHE Board of Directors and Regional Director for Asia, and a member of the UK ASIC Board of Directors and Chief Accreditation Officer for Asia. Prof. Ed.D. Yiyan Jianyin has been committed to the cause of education, promoting more people to receive higher education and enhancing their competitiveness.

Ms. Ed.D. Mika Kin is the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and Chancellor of The Asia Pacific School of Business. She graduated from Gakushuin University, a famous royal exclusive university in Japan, and Ewha Womans University in South Korea. She has been engaged in international education and has worked in many International organizations serve as foreign officials. She is an elegant, intellectual woman with good communication and execution skills.

MD. Jie Zhang

MD. Jie Zhang is a well-known data engineer in China. He has served as a senior data engineer in several organizations in China. He is also a member of the AAGUC Board of Directors. He is extremely talented in data science, drafting data engineering standards for several international organizations. At EEQA, he mainly undertakes and is responsible for the entire architecture and operation of the digital engineering of the certification standards.

Prof. Ph.D. Yuejin Huang is a well-known educator in China. He has served as the vice president and president of many universities. He has always been keen to promote the internationalization of education, academic standardization, and curriculum accreditation. He promoted the implementation of international accreditation in Chinese colleges and universities, so that Chinese universities can better integrate with international standards, so that higher education can keep up with the trend of the times.
