Ethics and Compliance
EEQA follows academic ethics and morality, and conducts related business in full compliance with the laws of each country or region. We believe that what we do and how we do it is critical to the success of EEQA. All of our conduct and compliance policies are the foundation of our academics and how we put our values into practice, driving 'good higher education for everyone'.
"Our ideas are worth being passed on."

Our Academic Conduct Policy
Honesty, Respect, Confidentiality, and Compliance
Our Academic Conduct Policy sets out our ethical requirements for our employees. Each of our employees must certify that they have read and understand the policy when they join EEQA, and again each year. Violations of the policy are taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Compliance at EEQA’s
Certification and Accreditation, Compliance With Assessment Policies
A number of compliance functions are deeply integrated into our Academic organization. EEQA’s Academic Conduct and Global Compliance team focuses on Academic Conduct, Political Compliance, Certification and Assessment Compliance, Accreditation Compliance, Antitrust Compliance, and Anti-Corruption Compliance.
Bringing Policy to Life
Execution is the Basis for Maintaining Smooth Policy
Every EEQA employee must complete a mandatory annual Professional Continuing Education Conduct Training. We provide employees with a range of additional resources to address questions and concerns, including the Chief Compliance Officer Hotline and Compliance Team (including but not limited to HR, Legal, Education, etc.).
Being Accountable of EEQA’s
Compliance is Based on Taking Responsibility
We conduct internal and third-party independent assessments of our programs to ensure they are effective. We make changes to our policies and our training to reflect emerging trends. EEQA’s Chief Compliance Officer provides regular updates to the Audit and Finance Committee of the Council.
