Our Academic Conduct Policy
Honesty, Respect, Confidentiality, and ComplianceOur Academic Conduct Policy sets out our ethical requirements for our employees. Each of our employees must certify that they have read and understand the policy when they join EEQA, and again each year. Violations of the policy are taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Certification and Accreditation, Compliance With Assessment PoliciesA number of compliance functions are deeply integrated into our Academic organization. EEQA’s Academic Conduct and Global Compliance team focuses on Academic Conduct, Political Compliance, Certification and Assessment Compliance, Accreditation Compliance, Antitrust Compliance, and Anti-Corruption Compliance.
Bringing Policy to Life
Execution is the Basis for Maintaining Smooth PolicyEvery EEQA employee must complete a mandatory annual Professional Continuing Education Conduct Training. We provide employees with a range of additional resources to address questions and concerns, including the Chief Compliance Officer Hotline and Compliance Team (including but not limited to HR, Legal, Education, etc.).

Compliance is Based on Taking ResponsibilityWe conduct internal and third-party independent assessments of our programs to ensure they are effective. We make changes to our policies and our training to reflect emerging trends. EEQA’s Chief Compliance Officer provides regular updates to the Audit and Finance Committee of the Council.
