On October 6, 2023, EEQA and APHECC officially signed a comprehensive agreement, reached a memorandum of understanding on key projects such as mutual recognition, academic certification, and quality system construction, and reached a comprehensive strategic partnership at the same time.

The EduTrust Education Quality Accreditation Association (EEQA) is a non-governmental, independent, international quality assurance, rating and certification organization. EEQA provides institutional certification, program certification, and course certification to higher education institutions, vocational schools, and distance learning centers; at the same time, it also provides professional certification and professional qualification certification to enterprises and individuals. The fact that for 24 years we have helped educational institutions set higher education standards through research, accreditation, publications, conferences , seminars and partnerships make us a leader in this field. The Asia Pacific Higher Education Certification Center (Shenzhen) ,APHECC, is a non-governmental, independent, regional international higher education quality assurance, rating and certification organization registered by the Chinese government and approved by the Shenzhen Municipal Government. APHECC provides institutional accreditation, project accreditation and course accreditation for higher education institutions, vocational schools and distance learning centers in the Asia-Pacific region; at the same time, it also provides professional training and professional qualification certification for enterprises and individuals.

EEQA has officially reached a comprehensive certification and recognition agreement with APHECC. This marks a solid step for EEQA under China's unique education system.

According to the agreement, APHECC will fully introduce EEQA's advanced certification system, focusing on the joint development and demonstration of curriculum development system, student quality management system, academic standard certification system and campus environment quality system in China, and launching a new higher education quality assurance and certification standard suitable for China's national conditions. The project has received strong support from the Chinese government and the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government.
