On October 3, 2024, The EduTrust Education Quality Accreditation Association (EEQA) officially reached a comprehensive strategic partnership with the world-renowned E-Learning Quality Network (ELQN) and signed a mutual recognition agreement.

With the rapid growth of diversification, internationalization and openness of higher education, academic quality certification has also played an increasingly important role in promoting the connection of international higher education rules and improving openness. EEQA has always insisted on promoting the alignment of academic quality certification standards in key areas of higher education (especially at the level of open education) with international certification standards, deepening international cooperation and mutual recognition of academic quality certification, thereby enhancing the influence and recognition of higher education (especially academic courses at the level of open education). With the impact of events such as Sino-US trade frictions, the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, and the conflict between Palestine and Israel, as well as the normalization of the epidemic caused by global climate change, the gap between the rich and the poor in human society, the opportunities and levels of education are becoming more and more polarized, and continuous open education will help more low-income people have the opportunity to receive good higher education. In addition, the rapid development of society and the rapid changes in science and technology have also created more development ideas for the diversification of higher education and brought new challenges and opportunities to the international mutual recognition of academic quality certification. In view of this, international mutual recognition of academics has increasingly made many academic certification agencies realize that it is urgent.
