| Introduce | Private Hualian College, located in Hejing Road, Xiaoxintang, Dongpu, Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, was founded in 1990 and is established by South China University of Technology, South China Normal University, Jinan University, Guangdong Technical Teachers College (formerly Guangdong Nationalities College) and other Guangzhou areas. Co-founded by retired professors from some ordinary colleges and universities. The college was formally approved by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government on April 26, 1994. It is a private general institution of higher learning with qualifications for academic education enrollment.
